Penny Blesch commenced employment with Johnsen Archer LLP in the fall of 2004 as the firm's Controller. After holding the Controller position for 6 years, Penny accepted a new role as the Manager of Administration and Human Resources. Penny's role of HR manager requires her to develop, administer, and review policies and procedures which guide the employees, and reflect the overall values of the organization. As a strategic partner, Penny understands the key issues and challenges facing the business, she identifies what is required for effective implementation and helps to make it happen.

When not working at Johnsen Archer LLP Penny volunteers, sitting on a Board of Directors and chairing committees. Penny is a proud wife and mother and enjoys spending time with her family.
